Frequently Asked Questions
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the end of your trial period, and every month thereafter, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time.
What if I want to cancel?
We'd be sad to see you go! But we do make it easy to cancel your account. You can click the "Cancel my account" link on the My Account page at any time to cancel your account. Once cancelled, we will stop charging your credit card. Your account will be active until the end of your billing cycle, at which time you will be able to log in, but you won't be able to save items or view your collections.
What if I need more space? My collection is huge!
We've got your back. Additional space is available for purchase if you need it... just contact us and let us know!
Is there a limit to the number of collections I can create?
No. You can create as many collections as you like. You're only limited by the number of items in your plan. If you hit your limit, we'll give you the option to upgrade to a bigger plan. We give you the choice, you're in control.
