After receiving the item, your buyer should cancel the purchase within 30 days
Return policy details Undamaged goods must be returned within 14 days, postage to be paid by the customer. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase and postage costs, minus a 25% handling and restocking charge. In order for returns to be eligable for a refund, the item(s) must be unopened and in the original packaging. If the item has been returned simply because the customer has changed their mind, then we MUST be able to re-sell it. If returns are not re-sellable, then no refund will be given. Returns must be postmarked within the 14 day return period in order to be eligable for a refund.
