Return policy details Damaged Product The seller is not responsible for products that are damaged during shipping unless the buyer purchased the optional shipping insurance. If the optional insurance is purchased the buyer shall notify the seller within 7 days of receipt. If the buyer did not purchase the optional shipping insurance and the product is damaged during shipping the buyer must file a claim with the carrier. Wrong Product If you receive a different product that was initially purchased, the item must be returned within 15 days of receipt with the following: - All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). - Original packaging in new and unopened condition. - Original invoice or receipt. All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus (+) return shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded.
