After receiving the item, your buyer should cancel the purchase within 30 days
Return policy details Return requests must be sent in writing via eBay or email within 7 days of recieving your item. Items should be intact, with original tags and labels where applicable and should preferably be returned to us by Royal Mail signed for post. We are then happy to refund items once recieved back on our premises in suitable condition with no questions asked. Return postage cost will be covered by us as the seller if we believe we have made a mistake ie. sent the wrong size or style of item. However we will not be liable for the return postage costs if it is not our error.
