Seller Notes “This is the last of my Crystal Lugia cards. This one is not mint but is certainly an exceptional example of a very rare card that many will be looking to acquire. It has signs of vertical scratching on the holographic and some very minor whitening on the back but overall looks fantastic and will make a superb addition to any collection.
