Return policy details We offer a generous goodwill returns policy in addition to your legal rights. Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund, provided the following conditions are met: The items are returned within 35 days of purchase. They are returned with a valid receipt or delivery invoice They are in the same condition as when first bought If items are returned with an expired receipt or delivery invoice, we will offer you a credit receipt or exchange to the value of the last known selling price. Please return items to any Travelling Man store, or for items bought via ebay, you can post them to our Leeds store. If the items are damaged or incorrect, we will pay the postage, for all other returns we ask that the customer covers the cost.
