Description

The Japanese Topsun set is considered the first Pokemon set ever printed! Although the copyright printed on these cards says “@copy 1995” they were actually printed in 1997 by Top-Seika, a Japanese media and publishing company. The cards were released in packs containing 2 Pokemon cards and 2 sticks of gum. There were several print runs of these cards. Some of early print runs have missing card numbers, making them more valuable than later print runs. The first print run had a blue back (more valuable), later print runs had a green back. This collection of 150 cards are green back.
